After a one hour class on the basic principles of Integrity, a prison inmate approached his chaplain. "Do you think you could develop this into a whole course on Integrity? If I had known this five years ago, I wouldn't be in prison now."
That chaplain accepted the challenge, and wrote The Integrity Project. It is a non-religious course that focuses on developing the individual from the Core Value level outward, and not from behavior modification inward. That one hour prison class is now the program called The Integrity Project . It has grown from a prison class to a professional development and personal enrichment course that is in three countries on two continents.
Doctors, lawyers, private business owners, business professionals, and even pastors have registered for the course. One public school used The Integrity Project as a business ethics class. Baldwin County state court and the Milledgeville municipal court currently use it as an alternative sentencing option. The state parole and probation office in Baldwin County uses it as a rehabilitation and restoration resource; and businesses such as ATCO Auto Parts have used it for employee training.
I am the prison chaplain who wrote and developed The Integrity Project . We are opening a center in your area soon. How may my team work with you?
