THE INTEGRITY PROJECT

Alternative Sentencing Options

The Integrity Project is currently being used in court
systems in many ways for many offenses:

Pre-trial diversion programs and/or dead docket cases

Under age possession of alcohol -- first and second offense
Shoplifting
Possession of marijuana less than an ounce
Affray
Reckless driving
Theft
Suspended license
VGCSA
DUI
Laying Drag and other Traffic violations

Situations where a judge or other authority would like to say:
"You're probably an addict, but since you won't admit it..."
Or other cases where you would like to say:
"You're a nice person, but what were you thinking?"
"You are on the wrong track. This is a chance for you to correct your path before we revoke your probation."

The Integrity Project is also used as a corrective measure through probation, with or without other programs. To date, The Integrity Project has been the sentencing option for over 20 different misdemeanor offenses in several court systems.

Some substance abuse programs find The Integrity Project the perfect addition to their programs because it helps the addicted student answer the question, "WHY should I stop?"
