History

In 2002, Terry Cliett was a prison chaplain who wanted to help inmates change.  He began teaching a class based on the basic principles of Integrity, and what it means to live as a person of Integrity. The response from the inmates was overwhelmingly positive. One of them even commented, “Chaplain, this needs to be taught to every person before they turn 18. If I had taken this class when I was younger, I would never have ended up in prison.”

The Integrity Project® grew out of that class. For over 12 years now, we have been working not only with inmates and court systems, but with schools, businesses, and individuals to be able to offer this class to anyone who wants to be a better person. We believe that anyone can change. Even people who do not think they need to change can learn principles that will help them lead a better life, and get along better with friends and family. Visit our blog for some short samples of what we offer in the classroom.
